We had the honor of doing a family portrait session with some of our dearest friends, Kent and Laura and their awesome five-some. Kent is an old F/A-18 Hornet pilot like me. He hails form the Marine Corps, while I was with the kinder, gentler, less uptight US Navy. Our families have been friends and neighbors for over 12 years. Kent is still serving our country, and is in fact deployed overseas right now. Laura’s desire was to get a special family portrait session done before Kent left for several months of duty. Their shoot was a classic Colorado Mountain session. We are so blessed to live in such an amazingly beautiful place. This awesome meadow is 5 minutes from our house! This is why we live here!
