There will be six covers when the project is completed. We had a blast with Michelle, the owner of Faithful Workouts. I cannot believe her abs! I’ll let you know when the DVDs are released…warning:these workouts are not for whimps. Michelle has a great way of combining a very hard core workout and an inspirational message.
